Microsoft Windows is now a supported Blueprint development platform. Instructions for installing and configuring Blueprint are in the Documentation section of this site: Your Computer (Windows).

On a tangential note, as of today you can add notes to most pages in the Documentation section — advice and tips for yourself and other users of this site. Please feel free to add to everyone's Blueprint documentation!
